When you have a new website that’s not yet ranking for your target keywords I would recommend these manual steps:

  1. 1. Perform a manual search with Google or use the Rank checker https://www.seoreviewtools.com/rank-checker/ to extract your best performing competitors.
  2. 2. Use the Domain rank checker https://www.seoreviewtools.com/domain-rank-checker/ to uncover additional keywords that drive traffic to your competitors’ website.
  3. 3. You can use these results for content inspiration and / or the determine the strength of the competition with the Domain Authority checker https://www.seoreviewtools.com/website-authority-checker/
